Stella is a multi-disciplined artist, graphic designer, and photographer. Her passion for the creative arts began at an early age with a love of finger painting that never left. She filled sketchbooks with figure studies, geometric designs, abstract work, poetry, fiction, and non-fiction alike.
As a teenager, she attended the renowned Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida. From there, she spent two years at the University of Central Florida before transferring to the University of Florida where she majored in advertising with a focus on design and minored in modern Greek.
After university, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia to attend portfolio school at The Creative Circus where she majored in art direction. It was there she fine-tuned her graphic design, photography, and creative advertising skills.
She is a graphic designer at Moonlight Physicians in Jupiter, Florida. She continues to pursue freelancing ventures in graphic design, photography, and art.
Her abstract painting style is intuitive, and pieces are rarely planned out from start to finish. Her love of color theory is evident in the unique color combinations she incorporates into each piece. She prefers to paint with bright colors that harness deep emotion when blended with darker tones.
She takes inspiration from Larry Poons, Jackson Pollock, Lee Krasner, and Claude Monet. Her favorite styles of art are contemporary, modern, impressionism, and fauvism.
